ICE Components' core product offering includes magnetics, current sensors and power assemblies.  The magnetics product line includes custom and standard products for most any power application.  The current sensors are open and closed loop hall effect devices suitable for industrial applications. The power assemblies include the engineering and assembly of power supplies and power control boards for a wide range of applications.

Many of our engineers have more than 25 years of design experience and their expertise in power applications is unsurpassed in the industry.

ICE Components' engineering services include PSU design, SMPS Transformer Design, Software Development, Digital and Analog Control, Rapid Prototyping, Plastic Injection Molding, and Ferrite Core Tooling. In addition, ICE Components' in-house machine shop provides test fixtures, assembly jigs, core gapping, core coating and custom mounting bases.

MANUFACTURING AND CUSTOM CAPABILITIES

Since inception, ICE Components has operated a manufacturing base in China. In addition to China we assemble our products in Taiwan, Costa Rica and the U.S. based on particular project needs.  

ICE Components offers state of the art equipment for all of your power component and power assembly needs. Our flexible production line easily accepts small quantity runs up to million piece production runs.
